Deb'orah was born in Roanoke Virgina to Sylvan Hansford Swanson a Swede and Margaret Elisabeth Lescure of French descent. Her Father's love for film and theater was a great influence in Deb'orah's life leading her into a career of drama and arts. Even though she pursued many other adventures, and careers the love of the arts were instilled in her after getting a taste of theater and ballet as a young child.
Deb'orah also worked in several films receiving her screen actors guild card from a speaking part on the film Porky's II and was a broadcaster and model during the seventies and eighties. From a dance instructor with Arthur Murray's to a modeling instructor with John Robert Powers she continued her adventures while also working a lengthier medical career and medical instructor at several colleges.
After the death of her husband in 1997 she started two groups Y.A.C.I (You Are Cordially Invited) and the S.W.A.T. (Singles With A Testimony). She was also the historian for the Irving Symphony League, and is a member of S.A.G and A.F.T.R.A.
